Well folks, it's two double-oh seven and I'm looking forward to being shaken and stirred right off the laser-table this past year has represented. Goodbye '06, goodbye and good riddance!
What are my resolutions, you ask? Simple. I resolve to leverage my diminished brain capacity in order to forget '06 even faster than '04. That's right, in mere weeks I won't recall a single thing that didn't involve orgasms, my Xbox 360 GamerScore, or Lily's backrubs. I'm slashing the memory histogram and if it ain't the peak of joy, it's histo-gone.
Smart folks noticed I skipped '05. That's because '05 was effin' awesome. Yes, effin'. I'll be making that word hip for the kids this year, considering the only new word I've heard from them recently is "hyphy" (HI-FEE) which is about as stupid a word as this brain-deadened generation could come up with. It appears "fresh" and "fly" won't be making the comeback I thought they would, replaced instead with something not even English.
At any rate, 2005 kicked ass. I only wish the ass it kicked was 2006's, since that's what 2006 was.

wait...what are you talking about? 2006 rocked! no really, it was awesome and so many great things happened. for example, do you remember the trip i took up to see you? you know, the one where we both went out every night and partied it up? man that was fun. not to mention all of the other fun times we spent together this past year. me living in the same town as you and all. also, i'm pretty sure that i went back to school and made straight A's this year. plus i won the lottery!
at least thats how i am going to remember this year.
