I Can't Help You With That

If I had a nickle for every time someone working at AT&T said these words, I'd have enough money to buy their whole company and fire everyone in it.

In the past two weeks, I've spent easily 12-14 hours on the phone or standing in front of AT&T employees who vigorously insist that they cannot help me with whatever it is I need help with.

The only value I've managed to extract from this is a deeper appreciation for my own powers of patience.

Jesus fucking CHRIST AT&T is terrible.

Aww... I hope that you finally got what you needed from them. Being endlessly on hold/deferred is frustrating as fuck. :(
